We don´t receive Orders by Phone.

If there is no stock, No Orders will be charged (No pending requested).

Tracking Orders

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain shipment details, tracking number and selected carrier.

To track your order, click on the tracking number located in the email and you will be directed to the carrier site that will show the progress of your shipment.

Order Processing Deadlines

All orders placed by 12:00 pm PST will ship out that day. Any orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will ship out on the next business day.

All orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until Monday or the next business day.

Transit time does not count the day package is handed over to the carrier (Order Processed Day) and when the tracking number is created. The first day in transit would start the business day after.

Order Status FAQs

Why does my order status say pending?

Pending means we have received your order and your invoice has been sent to our warehouse.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Modifications can be made as long as your order does not carry tracking information. Please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible by emailing us directly at info@m3h.057.myftpupload.com and/or sales@m3h.057.myftpupload.com.

What if a product is on back order?

You can choose to replace the back ordered item, remove it completely, place your entire order on hold or cancel. Please let us know your choice as soon as possible.

Why is the product that I received differently from the image shown on your website?

Manufacturers update packaging, formulations, and designs frequently so the pictures on our website may not always be updated. If you are aware that the item you would like to order has been repackaged, please contact us to verify if we have the new updated packaging or the original.

If you received an item that does not match the image shown on our site and is unhappy with the item please contact our Customer Loyalty Team and we will be happy to assist you on making this right.
